About Me

Before diving into game development, I spent several years working in the restaurant industry, starting as a dishwasher and working my way up to a server in a family-owned business. Growing up in this environment gave me a deep appreciation for hard work, dedication, and the importance of community. The fast-paced, demanding nature of the restaurant taught me how to solve problems on the fly, stay calm under pressure, and, most importantly, collaborate closely with a team. These skills: adaptability, clear communication, and teamwork are now fundamental to how I approach game design.

Sports have also played a significant role in shaping who I am. I grew up playing a variety of sports, committing most seriously to volleyball throughout high school. The discipline, strategic thinking, and competitive spirit I developed through athletics naturally translated into my passion for competitive gaming. I competed at the collegiate level in Valorant with Full Sail Armada, honing my skills in tactical shooters and embracing the dynamics of team-based gameplay.

My favorite genre is competitive FPS, where precision, strategy, and fast decision-making are key. I have invested thousands of hours into titles such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Valorant, and Call of Duty, constantly analyzing gameplay to understand what makes mechanics and level design both intuitive and engaging. Beyond FPS, I enjoy strategic games like Teamfight Tactics and League of Legends, which help me appreciate different aspects of game balance and player progression.

While competitive games are my specialty, I’ve spent time playing and studying a wide variety of genres—from action-adventures and platformers to RPGs and indie narrative games. Each genre offers something unique, and I love exploring how different design choices shape player experience. This broad exposure helps me think critically about mechanics, pacing, and player motivation no matter the style of game I’m working on.

What drives me is simple: I want to create meaningful experiences that resonate with players. Games have the unique power to transport, challenge, and connect people across all walks of life. I’m passionate about crafting those moments whether that’s designing intuitive mechanics, building immersive levels, or collaborating with a team to bring a shared vision to life.

I take pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and always eager to learn. For me, game design isn’t just a job; it’s a craft I strive to grow in every day.
